Services Provided
- Manage all operational vendors, including coordination of the permitting and placement process for all temporary structures, i.e. tents, bleachers, electrical, and signage
- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive tournament staging plan
- Assist in tournament activities – Pro-Am’s, evening functions, event and committee meetings
- Interact with governing body on tournament safety management, i.e. gallery control and ropes/stakes
